CEO - Dion McArthur


His experience and in-depth understanding of the Law Enforcement industry, acquired through long-standing and close relationships with the Regina Police Service, have allowed him to participate in the development of strategies and products to combat the escalating crime trends. Through six years of close working relationships with the insurance industry Mr. McArthur has gained an appreciation for the other dimensions of property crimes.

Mr. McArthur's extensive business background, over 20 years as an entrepreneur, has honed his skills in managing teams, timelines and customer requirements in a manner that result in comprehensive client-focused solutions. His ability to effectively translate and relay client requirements to his project team is key to successful project delivery.

As a past president of the Regina Crime Stoppers and on the executive board of Canadian Coalition Against Insurance Fraud (Saskatchewan Chapter), Mr. McArthur fully understands the need to be proactive in crime prevention within the community and is able to develop imaginative solutions to any problems posed to his team.

In addition to managing the BWI marketing team, Mr. McArthur coordinates all marketing and sales activities for Canada and the United States, including trade shows and conferences pertaining to the policing industry. With his knowledge of the police and pawn industry, he remains the primary development team resource and coordinates developmental priorities. Business development activities includes discovering synergetic business relationships with other technical companies that will further enhance BWI's capabilities.
